1/2 cup mashed banana (1 large banana) 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon honey 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup ground oat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 pint fresh raspberries, partially mashed* 1/2 cup chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with muffin liners. Serves: 6 INGREDIENTS 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained and rinsed) 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans (drained and rinsed) 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained) 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn (drained) 1 (12.5 ounce) can chicken breast (drained) 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 ounce) can green enchilada sauce 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix INSTRUCTIONS Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Homemade Brown Sugar

2 cups White Sugar 2.5 tablespoons Molasses  Combine Molasses and Sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir with a spoon until the molasses is completely worked in, breaking up any small chunks as they form. If you want your Brown Sugar to be darker, continue to add more molasses.  Once you've reached your desired color, you're done! Store in a mason jar or air tight container.
